1. Customer Support and Credit Associate

Location: Nairobi

As a Customer Support and Credit Associate, you will play a critical role in managing a designated portfolio of Fresh Life Operators (FLOs). This role is key in ensuring we provide exceptional service to customers while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Fresh Life Operators (FLOs) by providing support services, ensuring satisfaction and sustained engagement.
  • Handle repairs and maintenance issues related to Fresh Life Toilets (FLTs), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor and ensure timely collection of monthly service fees from assigned customers.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues raised by FLOs within agreed timelines.
  • Keep detailed and updated records of customer interactions, service requests, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites to monitor sanitation and hygiene standards.
  • Provide feedback and insights gathered from the field to inform operational improvements.
  • Support FLOs in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of their toilet units to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.

This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering quality service that positively impacts communities.


2. Procurement Intern

Location: Kisumu

The Procurement Intern will assist in the effective execution of daily procurement functions within the organization. Reporting to the Procurement Team, this role is designed to provide practical experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly procurement plans to ensure timely fulfillment of internal requests.
  • Support the team in ensuring that all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Help in maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement records, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in processing purchase requisitions and orders in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to track delivery timelines and ensure on-time receipt of goods and services.
  • Support in the evaluation of supplier quotations and provide comparative analysis to inform procurement decisions.
  • Conduct basic market research to support vendor selection and pricing decisions.
  • Handle general administrative tasks within the procurement department as directed by the supervisor.

This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain systems within a dynamic and mission-driven organization.


3. Sales Associate

Location: Nairobi

As a Sales Associate, your primary objective will be to drive the expansion of Fresh Life’s franchise network. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, promoting Fresh Life’s sanitation products and services, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, cold calls, and other methods to identify prospective customers for Fresh Life products and services.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential customers to introduce the value of Fresh Life’s sanitation solutions.
  • Close sales deals by guiding potential customers through the sign-up and onboarding processes.
  • Actively manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure a positive experience and to foster long-term engagement.
  • Monitor and track customer feedback to inform improvements in product offerings and service delivery.
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments and facilitate timely collection of recurring service fees.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
