Optometrist – Kisii
Key Responsibilities:
- i. Provide guidance and training to data collectors, including on-the-job training and coaching
- ii. Ensure the quality of data collection by monitoring field processes, providing feedback, and verifying data accuracy
- iii. Ensure that ethical guidelines, research protocols, and other relevant standards are followed throughout the data collection process
- iv. Support data collectors with logistical matters, including arranging participant interviews and managing resources
- v. Address and resolve minor issues that arise during data collection
- vi. Maintain communication with the principal investigator and study coordinator, and provide regular updates on the project’s progress
- vii. Maintain detailed records of field activities and collected data.
