Employee Relations and Wellness Analyst
Reporting to the Head – Employee Relations & Wellness, the Employee Relations & Wellness Analyst is responsible for providing all Employee Relations administrative and analytical support as well as collecting, compiling, and analyzing ER data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to the key performance indicators of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Analyze data and use it to create insightful reports identifying process improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators of the department.
- Prepare and issue letters on non-compliance to the one third rule as designated and ensure closure of cases that involve taking disciplinary actions.
- Perform general office duties, maintaining ER data, files and records.
- Respond to inquiries pertaining to CBA violations, Terms of Service and staff complaints.
- Respond to queries relating to ex-staff and court cases.
- Prepare departmental and other ad hoc reports as directed or required.
- Provide support in organizing departmental-led events such as ER engagements & ER initiatives
- Receive all quotations and invoices for raising IPRs and LPO processing in the Oracle System
The Person:
For the above position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Professional certification in Data Analysis or a related field.
- A Diploma or Certification in HR Management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR data analysis.
- Experience in office administration and customer service.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and/or systems, as well as visual presentation software.
- Strong ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in people management is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to track and manage complex tasks.
