1. Engineer – Service Management Automation & Analytics

Job Description:
As the Engineer – Service Management Automation & Analytics, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting automation solutions to improve IT Service Management processes. You will design, develop, and maintain automation workflows that support incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
