The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of institutional programs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of program administration run smoothly and that they align with the broader goals of the University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective program strategies and structures.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Oversee various program-related administrative tasks including logistics, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor and track program budgets to ensure financial accountability and alignment with allocated resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize program outcomes.
- Measure the performance and success of programs against pre-set indicators and generate relevant reports.
- Assist in organizing program-related events, training sessions, and workshops.

2. Grants Manager

The Grants Manager will be responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of grants and sponsored projects across the University. This role is integral in ensuring efficient and compliant grant administration, from proposal development to project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive grants management support for all research grants and projects within SBS.
- Collaborate with researchers and academic staff in the preparation of grant proposals.
- Ensure that grant applications meet all internal and external requirements and deadlines.
- Manage budgets for awarded grants, tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance with grant conditions.
- Liaise with funding agencies to ensure timely disbursement and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all grants and contracts.
- Oversee the submission of timely and accurate progress and financial reports to funders.
- Advise staff and researchers on grant guidelines, compliance, and best practices.
- Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures for grant administration.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong financial management skills, and a thorough understanding of grant compliance and research funding processes.
3. Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be tasked with leading the culinary operations within the Catering Department, ensuring that all meals provided meet the highest standards of quality and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food across all catering services.
- Develop nutritious and appealing menus that meet the diverse dietary needs of customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source quality ingredients at cost-effective prices.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and incorporate feedback to enhance food services.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and culinary excellence.
