Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Maximizes allocation of resources in area
  2. Manages and measures sales targets daily and takes corrective action with team
  3. Coach and Lead the Account Development Team.
  4. Trade and Outlet Execution
  5. Outlet Development
  6.  Drive Sales and Market share growth
  7. Partner with Account Developers and Customers to develop and execute a customer specific business plan
  8. Monitor competitive activities and align strategy to counter Competition
  9. Ensure compliance to Quality Standards and Manage Trade Replacements
  10. Implement promotional plans as per the Account Plans whilst ensuring promotional Compliance.
  11. Report promotional deviances with Store Owners or managers
  12. Ensure the execution and Implementation of Picture of Success by outlet is being done by the Account Developers

Experience

  1. A minimum of 5 years previous sales experience or equivalent FMCG experience.
  2. A minimum of 1 years’ experience managing teams
