1. Regional Parts Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Parts Sales & Operations Team, the Regional Parts Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth through aggressive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will be focused on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and strengthening both new and existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities for auto parts within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure sustained business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per the strategic business plan.
  • Identify and respond to market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Execute strategic plans to increase the company’s market penetration and visibility.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the internal team on customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and service satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

2. Parts Ordering Analyst

Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Department: Aftersales – Parts

Job Purpose:
The Parts Ordering Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end ordering process for both locally sourced and imported auto parts. This role is central to ensuring the availability of required parts while minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations. The analyst will be required to maintain an optimal balance between demand and inventory while adhering to the company’s operational procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and inventory trends to forecast part requirements accurately.
  • Manage the ordering process for local and overseas parts to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to reduce stock-outs and avoid overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement.
  • Monitor lead times, shipment statuses, and backorders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies in the ordering process.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management on stock status, order progress, and supply chain performance.
  • Continuously review and refine ordering processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
