Qualification
Education, Skills & Experience
Must Have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant area and a Diploma in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in managing or coordinating TVET programs in a higher education or skills training institution.
- Knowledge of national and regional TVET policies, curriculum development, and competency-based education and training.
Key responsibilities also include
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Executive Director in the management and expansion of TVET programmes.
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of TVET curriculum and training standards.
- Engage in teaching activities in area of specialization This includes preparing and delivering lectures, supervising student projects, developing instructional materials, and contributing to curriculum development
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with industry partners, regulatory agencies, and training centers to ensure relevance and quality of training.
