Job Summary:

As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing property sales leads to grow the business and achieve assigned sales targets. This role requires full-cycle management of the sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and reporting. The position primarily focuses on the sale of both residential and commercial plots under HFDI’s real estate portfolio.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Generate new sales leads through systematic and consistent marketing efforts including project promotions, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation tactics. All leads and activities must be documented and managed within the CRM system.
  • Ensure that every step of client engagement, from prospecting to closure, is accurately tracked and recorded in the CRM.
  • Monitor and analyze the market to assess competitor property prices, providing this data to the Sales Team Leader for strategic planning.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using CRM tools, including updates on the client pipeline and revenue status.
  • Build strong and lasting client relationships by delivering outstanding support, accurate information, and professional guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Represent HFDI at real estate promotion events including expos, site activations, and mall activations, actively engaging with potential buyers and promoting available properties.
  • Follow up diligently on client documentation including booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and property transfer documents, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Upload and validate customer payment evidence through the CRM platform.
  • Monitor customer payment plans, ensuring timely collections and achieving at least 85% compliance. When necessary, issue cancellation notices in line with company policy through the CRM.
  • Identify mortgage clients early in the sales process, assist with mortgage application submissions, and track applications centrally to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies during sales processes.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

Academic & Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in the use of Internet applications and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ work experience in the financial or real estate industry
  • Demonstrated ability and success in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Established network of prospective leads and clients
  • Experience dealing with high net-worth individuals is an added advantage
