SunCulture is looking for a Training Intern to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our innovation and training initiatives aimed at improving agrodealer onboarding and engagement. The Training Intern will report to the Junior Business Operations Associate and work closely with the Director of Innovation.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to get hands-on experience in training design and delivery while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Training Intern, your primary goal is to ensure that agrodealers involved in our new trial initiatives are well-equipped with the information, tools, and confidence to succeed. This will involve a combination of instructional design, training facilitation, and process documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing training materials that serve as onboarding documents and ongoing reference guides for agrodealers participating in the trial.
- Conducting onboarding assessments to evaluate the readiness and training needs of individual agrodealers.
- Facilitating training sessions both in-person and remotely to deliver key knowledge and skillsets to the agrodealers.
- Creating handover documentation that supports internal teams and customer-facing staff in the continuity and scaling of training outcomes.

- A self-starter attitude with strong personal management skills and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
