Job Description:
The Research Assistant in Suba will be responsible for supporting data collection activities and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the research process. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the recruitment and enrollment of study participants as per the set protocols

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with study participants and record responses accurately
  • Use assigned data collection tools, such as tablets or paper forms, to gather information as per study requirements
  • Ensure adherence to study timelines and targets for data collection and participant recruitment
  • Observe and report any unusual participant feedback or field challenges to the study coordinator
  • Foster strong community relationships and encourage participation in the research activities

  • Recruit and enroll eligible study participants according to inclusion and exclusion criteria

  • Keep detailed records of participant interactions, issues encountered, and general observations
