Position Title: Deputy Director, Advancement and Placement
The Deputy Director, Advancement and Placement, will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of the Academy’s advancement efforts, including stakeholder engagement, alumni relations, fundraising initiatives, internships, and placement programs for graduates. This role will play a central part in strengthening the Academy’s external relationships and improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance industry partnerships for internships and job placements.

- Initiate fundraising activities and manage donor relations to support the Academy’s development.

Position Title: Trainer, Nautical Science
The Trainer, Nautical Science, will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and assessing students pursuing maritime training and certification in nautical science. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in nautical science to cadets and seafarers.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools in accordance with national and international maritime curricula.

- Contribute to curriculum development and periodic review of training content.
