Job Description: The Tupande Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Project Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing rigorous monitoring and evaluation strategies to track the impact of our programs. The role involves both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, working closely with program teams to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for Tupande projects.
- Conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure proper data collection and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and compliance reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations in countries where we operate.
