1. Head of Department – School of Nursing
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate academic programmes within the Faculty of Clinical Health Sciences.
- Allocate faculty workloads and supervise instructional delivery across curricula.
- Evaluate teaching in both classroom and clinical environments to ensure instructional quality.
- Coordinate master rotation plans, training schedules, and development of academic tools.
- Deliver academic teaching and tutorials to students.
- Oversee clinical placements, MOUs, and manage stakeholder partnerships.
- Lead curriculum development and periodic review of clinical health sciences programmes.
- Implement regulatory and institutional policies and procedures, including disciplinary processes.
- Participate in budgeting, procurement approvals, and financial implementation for academic programmes.
- Ensure accreditation and licensing of new and ongoing programmes.
- Support student progression and graduation criteria compliance.
- Work with the Exams Officer to ensure credible examination processes.
- Participate in quality assurance and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

2. Lecturer – Nursing
Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Nursing to students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and performance.
- Ensure course content meets academic and regulatory standards.

3. Lecturer – Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine
Job Description:
- Provide instruction and assessment in Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine.
- Design and deliver course materials that align with curriculum objectives.

4. Lecturer – Medical Engineering
Job Description:
