Job Summary
Reporting to the HR and Administration Manager, the job holder will be responsible for execution of transparent and efficient transport services.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Vehicle/Fleet Management
- Management transportation and logistics coordination
- Providing reliable and secure driving services
- Ensuring availability of vehicle documents/supplies
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Secondary Education. Valid Driver’s license.
- Proven experience of at least three (3) years in a similar position with handson experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce accurate and well documented records conforming to the required standard.
- Relevant Professional qualification
- Ability to perform a variety of repetitive and routine tasks and duties
- Ability to review data, identify and adjust discrepancies
- Ability to handle a large volume of work possibly under time constraints
- Good knowledge of administrative rules and regulations
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of protocol
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of security issues
