The Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS), through its Training Institute (KRCTI), is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Accountant to support the Finance and Capacity Building function of the institute. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role requires effective financial oversight, accurate reporting, and sound budgeting to support decision-making processes and ensure financial compliance with policies, regulatory frameworks, and strategic institutional goals.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of KRCTI through developing long-term business plans, generating accurate financial reports, and minimizing financial risks through strategic initiatives.

Job Summary
