We are currently recruiting for the following positions:


1. Property Advisor – HFDI

Department: HFDI
Location: Various
Reports To: Team Sales Leader

Job Purpose

The Property Advisor is a pivotal role in the Housing Finance Development and Investment (HFDI) project. The role is responsible for sourcing and closing sales leads to grow the business, achieving set sales targets, and preparing daily sales reports. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in expanding our footprint in the real estate sector, focusing on both residential and commercial plot sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads for residential and commercial plots.
  • Convert leads into successful property sales through professional engagement and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a client base by providing excellent customer service and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports to the Team Sales Leader.
  • Participate in marketing activities including site visits, property expos, and community outreach to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Ideal Candidate

2. Business Planning Manager – Managing Director’s Office

Department: Managing Director’s Office
Location: Nairobi
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Purpose

This strategic role supports and advises the Managing Director (MD) in all key business aspects, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and optimal use of internal resources. The role requires a deep understanding of business operations, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the organization meets its key performance indicators (KPIs) efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the MD in day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate across departments to monitor and track performance metrics.
  • Analyze business data and trends to inform strategic direction and improve business outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD and departmental heads to ensure information flow and goal alignment.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all engagements with internal and external parties.

3. Relationship Manager – Bancassurance

Department: Operations/Governance

Reports To: Head of Bancassurance

Job Purpose

As a Relationship Manager in our Bancassurance unit, your primary role is to drive insurance sales by developing and managing strong client relationships. You will play a key part in helping the bank achieve its insurance sales objectives while ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of insurance products through the bank’s network and customer base.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing and new insurance clients.
  • Identify customer insurance needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with bank branch staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions with branch staff on insurance products.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines concerning insurance products and services.

4. Retail Credit Analyst – Retail

Department: Retail
Location: Nairobi
Reports To: Head of Retail Credit

Job Purpose

The Retail Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and ensuring credit risks are mitigated effectively. This role supports the retail and personal banking teams by conducting sound credit analysis and preparing quality credit proposals aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit requests from retail and personal banking segments to assess viability and risk.
  • Prepare high-quality, detailed credit proposals for submission to credit committees.
  • Evaluate customer financial data, credit reports, and collateral to determine loan eligibility.
  • Provide expert advice to Relationship Managers and other stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor approved loans and ensure compliance with credit terms and policies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of internal credit policies and external regulations.
  • Work closely with credit committees and ensure timely processing of credit requests.

Ideal Candidate

You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent financial modeling and reporting skills. Strong judgment, decision-making capability, and a solid understanding of credit principles are crucial to succeed in this role.
