2. UX/UI Designer – Product Design (UX Design Senior Manager)

Job Description:

The UX/UI Designer will be at the core of our product design efforts, working under the leadership of the UX Design Senior Manager. This role focuses on delivering world-class digital experiences through intuitive user interfaces and seamless interaction design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Design user-centric solutions that are visually appealing and easy to use.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the digital lending strategy, with a focus on telco collaboration.
  • Lead product innovation, business development, and partnership negotiations.
  • Drive revenue and customer growth through tailored financial services targeting telco customers.
  • Analyze lending performance data and optimize processes to reduce risk and improve returns.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

4. Assistant Business Development Manager – IPF (Asset Finance)

Job Description:

As an Assistant Business Development Manager – IPF (Installment Payment Facility), you will play a critical role in expanding the business development initiatives of the asset finance division. This role supports the strategic goals of the Business Development IPF Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the asset finance segment.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive growth.
  • Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing IPF products.
