PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various functions within the organization. They will play a key role in executing high-volume hiring campaigns and maintaining a seamless candidate experience, leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Resourcing Manager to understand workforce plans and hiring needs across departments.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Execute large-scale recruitment drives and high-volume hiring initiatives within defined timelines.
  • Proactively source candidates using online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, databases).
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS to ensure timely communication and data integrity.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to schedule interviews and facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
  • Any other related tasks as they may be assigned from time to time.
