Job Description:
The Administration Officer II – Property Management will play a central role in managing and maintaining EACC’s physical assets, including offices, leased properties, and related infrastructure. This role supports the Commission’s operations by ensuring its facilities meet safety, functionality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property records, maintenance logs, and lease agreements.
- Monitor service contracts including janitorial, landscaping, and security services.
- Coordinate inspections and oversee repairs, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Ensure that all Commission properties comply with environmental, safety, and occupancy regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset status and recommend improvements.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure timely completion of property-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate data on assets and liaise with the supply chain unit for procurement or disposal needs.
- Support budgeting and planning for facilities management activities.
