Detailed Job Descriptions
Position 1: Grillers
Role Overview:
As a Griller, you are the heartbeat of our kitchen. Your responsibility is to bring out the bold, smoky flavors that define our flame-grilled chicken. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for individuals with a passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute precise grilling techniques for chicken and other items on the menu, ensuring uniform taste and quality.
- Marinate and prepare chicken portions ahead of peak demand periods, following Pedros’ proprietary recipes.
- Monitor and maintain correct grill temperatures to achieve consistent cooking outcomes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill area and all associated utensils.
- Ensure all food safety standards are strictly adhered to throughout the cooking process.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and kitchen flow during busy hours.
