1. Grillers
Job Overview:
As a Griller at Pedros, you will be responsible for delivering our iconic flame-grilled chicken experience with precision, consistency, and passion. Grillers are the culinary backbone of our kitchens, ensuring each order meets our high standards of quality and flavor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing flame-grilled chicken and other menu items according to company recipes and procedures.
- Monitoring grill temperatures and timing to maintain consistency in food preparation.
- Ensuring that food is cooked thoroughly and meets food safety standards.
- Preparing and marinating chicken ahead of grilling, following food safety protocols.
- Managing inventory for grilling stations, including stocking and replenishing ingredients.
