The purpose of the role is to support the business and Personal Banking teams in promptly evaluating the creditworthiness of a borrower and ensure the proposed credit risk is profitable, beneficial to the client and is within the relevant policies and regulations.
The job holder will have overall responsibility for the quality of all credit requests prepared by herself, they will also be expected to prepare sound, prudent and judicious credit request proposals in line with the Bank’s credit policy. The job holder will also provide advice and techniques to mitigate risks for credits that are considered bankable.

This role ensures tracking high-level corporate strategy measurable objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and execution performance against defined roadmap. The role holder will track progress against strategic objectives using KPIs e.g. revenue growth, CIR, customer retention, digital adoption rates and other relevant metrics.

He or she will support analysis, co-ordination and monitoring of the critical path of high priority projects such as mergers, new partnerships and operational efficiency programs.
Overall, this role ensures that strategic projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

The role will lead enterprise-wide data initiatives, oversee data governance, and enable advanced analytics capabilities and commercialization to unlock value across the Group.
