1. Deputy Director – Advancement and Placement

Position Overview
The Deputy Director, Advancement and Placement, will be a senior member of the leadership team. This role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives aimed at growing institutional relationships, managing alumni relations, forging strategic industry partnerships, and enhancing employment opportunities for graduates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and partnership development.
  • Coordinate alumni engagement initiatives and create platforms to strengthen alumni relations.
  • Facilitate student placement by establishing networks with industry partners and ensuring graduates access career and internship opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives for institutional growth, external funding, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for industry collaborations, sponsorships, and advancement campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate placement services, industry satisfaction, and alumni performance metrics.
  • Report to senior management on departmental performance, outcomes, and strategic improvements.

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in stakeholder engagement, and experience in managing placement services and partnerships. The role requires a proactive individual capable of driving high-impact advancement initiatives aligned with the Academy’s strategic goals.
