We are hiring for the following positions:

Position Overview
The Trainer, Nautical Science, will be responsible for facilitating high-quality instruction and assessment in nautical science subjects. This position supports the Academy’s mission to produce competent seafarers with strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and practical sessions in nautical science.
  • Evaluate students through assessments, assignments, and examinations.
  • Supervise cadet training, including simulator-based and real-time navigation exercises.
  • Update training materials and curricula to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain records of student progress and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Ensure compliance with STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) and IMO (International Maritime Organization) guidelines.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and quality assurance processes.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of nautical science and a passion for teaching. Experience in maritime training institutions and a commitment to student success are key assets for this role.
