Manager, Strategy and Change Implementation
HFC Limited, the banking and property finance subsidiary of HF Group, has an exciting opportunity in our Strategy and Business Performance Department. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented individual who is committed to performance, excellence, and participating in our growth strategy.
The role holder ensures alignment between strategic goals, operational plans and change management efforts to drive sustainable growth, performance and transformation. This role ensures tracking high-level corporate strategy measurable objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and execution performance against defined roadmap. The role holder will track progress against strategic objectives using KPIs e.g. revenue growth, CIR, customer retention, digital adoption rates and other relevant metrics.

Principle Accountabilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support translation of corporate strategy into divisional action plans and KPIs.
- Co-ordinate annual strategic planning cycles with senior leadership.
Change Management
- Support and track enterprise-wide change initiatives across various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement, including digital transformation, organizational restructuring, or policy shifts.
- Work with business leaders to implement and track change management frameworks (communication, stakeholder engagement, training).
- Measure and report change adoption, readiness and impact.
- Track change using KPIs, customer feedback and operational data.
Business Performance against Corporate Work Plan, Insights and Post Implementation Review
- Track performance against strategic KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities/recommendations.
- Using data analytics implement performance metrics to evaluate value delivery of strategic initiatives and changes.
- Analyze internal data and external trends to support and inform strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and support to project teams in the execution of strategic projects.
- Support in preparation of reports to senior management and the Board on strategy execution.
- Maintain tracking of enterprise wide key identified actions from select committees.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Support facilitation of strategic workshops, transformation reviews, and change forums.
- Support Employee Engagement & Change Readiness: Works with HR to provide training programs, workshops, and communication strategies to prepare employees for change.
- Creates feedback loops to measure employee sentiment and address resistance.

- Strong analytical, modelling, commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Uses project management frameworks (e.g. Agile, Lean or Six Sigma) to implement change efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- MBA preferred is an added advantage.
Experience
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, and executive communication.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy development and change management/ transformational roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
