1. Claims Officer

Job Purpose:
The Claims Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of claims in accordance with Britam’s policies and procedures. This role ensures accurate and timely claims assessment, processing, settlement, and customer communication, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process claims in compliance with policy terms and internal guidelines.
- Verify the authenticity of claims documents and assess claim validity.
- Communicate claim decisions to clients and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
- Liaise with service providers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders for efficient claims handling.
