The role manages the HR strategic calendar, monthly and quarterly business reviews, preparation of executive-level presentations (including board packs), and ensures timely and outcome-focused delivery of people-related transformation initiatives. The role is also accountable for creating momentum, alignment, and performance across HR’s enterprise-wide agenda while fostering a high-performance, agile, and collaborative culture.
