Job Purpose:

The Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of central banking-related training programs at the CBK Institute of Monetary Studies. This position is instrumental in equipping staff with the knowledge and competencies needed to navigate evolving financial and economic dynamics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs focused on monetary policy, financial markets, supervision, and regulation.
  • Identify training needs through consultations with internal departments and regional central banks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

The Lead Plumber is responsible for maintaining and supervising plumbing systems and infrastructure within CBK facilities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with national plumbing standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute plumbing maintenance schedules across all CBK premises.
  • Inspect installations and repairs to guarantee quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Lead plumbing teams in responding to emergencies such as pipe bursts, leakages, and drainage blockages.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement library and information services strategies aligned with CBK’s research and training goals.
