Role Overview
The Programme Associate provides essential operational and administrative support to the programme staff, enabling the smooth execution of GC Africa’s initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to programme teams, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute taking.
- Assist with logistical arrangements for events, workshops, travel, and accommodation for staff and stakeholders.
- Support procurement documentation, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure easy access to programme documents.
- Support internal and external communications, including preparation of briefs, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for programme enquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses.
