Claims Officer
Location: Kikuyu
Equity Afia is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Claims Officer to join our Kikuyu team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reconciling insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process medical claims for insurance providers
- Verify claim forms, supporting documents, and ensure accuracy
- Liaise with insurance companies to resolve claim queries
- Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely settlement
- Maintain records of claims and generate periodic reports
- Support the finance and billing team as needed
Requirements:
- CPA Part Two
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least two (2) years of relevant working experience
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Proficient in computer applications
- Good communication skills
