Quick Guiding Steps
1. All first time users of the Online Recruitment and Selection system are required to register by providing ID / Passport Number, Surname, current Email address and a password to access the system.
2. To apply for any advertised job or internship opportunities, log into the system using the ID / Passport Number and the Password created in (1) above.
3. Applicant MUST ensure that information pertaining to personal details, professional and academic qualifications, experience, membership to professional bodies, referees and any other relevant information is provided before submitting the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
4. Applicants are advised to print and keep a copy of the Feedback Report (application summary) by clicking on the Report tab or Application Summary link on the Application Menu.
5. The Online Recruitment and Selection system allows applicants to amend/revisit their application(s) at any time BEFORE the Advert Closure Date.

Areas of Specialization: Information Communication Technology & Education
Requirements for Appointment:
Graduated not earlier than 2020 and be;
i. In possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Education with specialization in Information Communication Technology or a Bachelor’s degree in ICT from a recognized institution or its equivalent;
OR
A Diploma in ICT or ICT Integration in Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
ii. Knowledge in networking and infrastructure, applications development, information security and project management;
iii. Ability to integrate ICT with Education in terms of E-Learning and content development;
iv. Requisite skills to carry out research and innovation to support the Digital Literacy Programme;
v. Should be willing to be deployed to a Sub-County Education Office on full time basis;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
i. Support of E-Learning and content development in line with the schemes of work;
ii. Providing classroom support and training of School teachers in use of digital literacy devices;
iii. Supporting implementation of the Digital Literacy Programme;
iv. Carrying out innovations to enable schools improve on use of digital learning;
v. Providing support in safe, secure and ethical use of technology in learning;
vi. Assisting teachers by integrating ICT in delivery of teaching, learning, assessment;
vii. Supporting School’s staff with development and production of key School policies and procedures; and
viii. Providing first line support and maintenance of ICT services in the Schools
Duration of Internship: 12 Months
Commencement Date: 01st July, 2025
Stipend: Kes. 25,000 p.m (Degree Holders)
Kes. 15, 000 p.m. (Diploma Holders)
