Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze proposals and submissions from trade unions and employers in the public sector related to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
  • Coordinate negotiation processes by providing technical guidance and cost implications analysis of CBAs.

  • Conduct job evaluations for public service positions using approved evaluation tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and update job evaluation reports, job descriptions, and job classification guides.

  • Develop and implement research methodologies and frameworks to study emerging trends in public remuneration and benefits.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and prepare research reports that inform policy and decision-making.
  • Design and maintain M&E systems and tools to track progress against the Commission’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate baseline surveys, mid-term reviews, and impact assessments of SRC’s policies and interventions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather data, validate findings, and share evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support policy reviews and strategy formulation by providing timely and relevant data.
  • Generate performance monitoring dashboards and prepare quarterly and annual reports for internal and external use.
