Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at CAML, you will be exposed to a comprehensive range of legal responsibilities that support business operations, governance, compliance, and transactions. These include:
- Assisting in the review, drafting, and revision of various contracts including non-disclosure agreements, supplier agreements, customer agreements, and professional service contracts.
- Helping facilitate corporate legal matters such as conveyancing transactions and regulatory filings.
- Supporting strategic legal advisory on matters related to business development and product structuring.
- Assisting with the development and refinement of legal templates and internal legal processes.
- Contributing to legal compliance and risk management through statutory and legal research.
- Maintaining critical legal documentation including departmental safes, registers, and corporate records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal oversight on operational matters.
- Carrying out other duties and tasks as may be assigned to support legal operations.
Requirements
