Role Purpose Statement: The role serves to manage the KQ Global Corporate Sales portfolio, Key accounts for TMCs that require a global engagement and Specialty portfolios in accordance with the Company Strategy and Commercial targets, in order to optimize Market share, Turnover and Cost Margin through leading, managing coordinating,developing and stimulating all direct or indirect teams in an effort to meet to grow the Global Corporate portfolio.
- Communication
- Lead & manage the Global Corporate /Key Account/Specialty portfolio in order to enhance performance:
- Ensure good communication/co-operation with Kenya Airways distribution partners.
- Steer and motivate local Sales and the PRM team to maximum levels of quality and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Standardization of the Business Review Document and to be rolled-out KQ network wide after the approvals from the KQ internal stakeholders.
- Create one platform with all the relevant documents of the Global corporate/Key Account/Specialty deals are updated and communicated with local markets. Corporate portal/KQ CRM tool is ideal to roll-out the Global deals.
Job Requirements
- University graduate in a relevant area of study
- Computer literate and driving license
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and visionary skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- A good organization and planning skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management roles in the airline industry with high Corporate exposure.
