Job Description:

This role is pivotal to supporting the Corporate & Institutional Banking segment by building strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of accounts, and contributing to revenue growth within the Rift & Western region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior Relationship Managers in acquiring, developing, and retaining corporate and institutional clients.
  • Manage client portfolios by ensuring timely credit analysis, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Facilitate client engagement by addressing queries, coordinating product solutions, and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Monitor credit risk by reviewing client performance and adherence to approved credit terms.
