We seek to recruit qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in the position of a Marketing Officers.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the respective markets aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Identify new regional markets and opportunities for growth while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

• Conduct market research to understand market consumption trends, opportunity sizing for the categories we are playing in, consumer and customer habits, competitor activities, and market micro and macro analysis. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and stay ahead in the regional market.

• Oversee all aspects of sales, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Collaborate with Divisions to set targets, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.

• Lead customer order forecasting and alignment with the production planning team to ensure deliveries within the agreed timelines.

• Promote the company’s products and services through various channels including digital media, events, and public relations

• Organize and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

• Manage the company’s social media platforms and update website content regularly.

• Prepare marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos.

• Ensure compliance with relevant marketing laws, policies, and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the region. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Academic Qualifications/Work Experience/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a marketing or public relations role.

• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., MSK) will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze economic environments and business opportunities in a systematic and detailed manner

• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.

Successful candidates should Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter six of the constitution, and should present valid clearance certificate from KRA, HELB, EACC, Credit Reference Bureau and Kenya Police clearance.
