Job Description
To drive the expansion, fulfilment, and profitability of mortgage products within the Personal and Private Banking segment by leading strategic business development efforts, optimizing fulfilment operations, and cultivating bulk acquisition opportunities and high-impact partnerships. The role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver outcomes through others.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Experience Required
5-7 years
- Experience in mortgage sales, fulfilment, or product/channel development within a financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage operations, credit risk, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing diverse stakeholders across internal and external environments.
- Proven capability in leading teams toward commercial and operational outcomes.
- Track record of business growth, process enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
