Job Description
The Project Manager – HR will be responsible for leading the human resources stream within JKUAT Enterprises’ ongoing and future projects. This individual will provide strategic direction in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project-based HR leadership and guidance in line with corporate objectives
- Coordinate and manage all HR-related project components including staffing, compliance, and human capital planning
- Develop and implement HR frameworks for short- and long-term project staffing
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance on assigned projects
- Develop and maintain project-specific HR documentation and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, and HR best practices
