Job Description
The Sales Executive based in Nairobi County will focus on developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within the city and surrounding areas. The role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new sales leads and business opportunities in Nairobi County
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager
- Generate detailed sales reports and keep accurate records of client interactions using the company CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
