Role Summary
The Property Advisor will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads, thereby growing HFDI’s business and helping the company meet its sales targets. This role plays a critical part in promoting and selling both residential and commercial plots. The successful candidate will be involved in the full sales lifecycle—from identifying leads, to closing sales, and providing exceptional after-sales support. The position requires high levels of organization, professionalism, and customer relationship management.
This is a performance-driven role and is best suited for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is keen on achieving sales targets, and is comfortable using CRM systems to monitor client engagement and sales performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Property Advisor will span multiple aspects of sales and customer relationship management, with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and results. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation and Sales Closure
• Create systematic and consistent leads through various channels, including project marketing, cold calling, customer referrals, and digital platforms.
• Ensure all lead generation and client interaction activities are logged and updated on the CRM system.
• Actively pursue leads through to successful sales closure while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - CRM Engagement and Client Follow-Up
• Ensure that every client interaction—from initial prospecting to final closure—is comprehensively recorded and tracked through the CRM platform.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing client pipelines and returns on sales activity using CRM tools.
• Upload evidence of customer payments on the CRM system for validation and future referencing. - Market Intelligence and Pricing Strategy
• Conduct market surveys to assess the pricing of comparable properties and provide this intelligence to management to guide pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and report insights to supervisors for informed decision-making. - Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering timely support, accurate information, and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Help clients understand the terms of sale agreements, financing options, and other transaction documentation. - Sales Promotions and Events Participation
• Represent HFDI at property expos, open days, mall activations, and other promotional events to attract potential buyers and generate leads.
• Engage event attendees and effectively communicate the unique selling points of HFDI properties. - Sales Documentation and Compliance
• Ensure accurate preparation and timely approval of essential sales documents such as booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and property transfer documentation.
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with real estate policies, legal standards, and organizational procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings with clients and external stakeholders. - Payment Tracking and Mortgage Facilitation
• Follow up on all customer payment plans to ensure 85% compliance with scheduled collections.
• Issue cancellation notices through the CRM platform in adherence to internal policy when payment agreements are breached.
• Proactively identify mortgage clients and ensure that their mortgage application processes are initiated and tracked efficiently through centralized systems.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field
- Proficiency in internet applications and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A minimum of one year’s experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the real estate sector
- Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and systems
