1. Legal Counsel – Litigation

Reports to: Head Counsel, Litigation
Role Summary:
The Legal Counsel – Litigation will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of dispute resolution matters while providing legal advisory services to the Retail network. The objective of this role is to proactively mitigate legal risks and prevent potential legal and reputational harm to the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation and alternative dispute resolution cases assigned to the role.
- Provide legal advice to the Retail network on customer and operational issues.
- Liaise with external counsel to ensure effective case handling and cost management.
- Analyze case trends and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure that legal risks are properly identified and mitigated.
2. Senior Manager, Public Relations and Corporate Communications

The Category Sourcing Specialist is responsible for executing procurement transactions post-contract sign-off within a specific category. The role ensures timely and compliant procurement processes, contributing to the efficient delivery of goods and services across the Bank.

- Raise and process purchase orders based on approved contracts.
- Manage vendor follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries and service.
