1. Legal Counsel – Litigation
Reporting To: Head Counsel, Litigation
This role is a key function within the Legal Department and is tasked with managing an assigned portfolio of dispute resolution cases and providing legal advisory services to the Bank’s retail network. The Legal Counsel – Litigation plays a pivotal role in identifying, mitigating, and managing legal risks with the goal of avoiding or minimizing adverse legal consequences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters for the Bank.
- Offer sound legal advice and support to the retail network and business units to ensure that operations are in compliance with the law.
- Coordinate with external counsel and represent the Bank in various legal forums.
- Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and other documentation as required for case management and court proceedings.
- Monitor progress of cases and ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are pursued in alignment with Bank policies.
- Provide legal guidance in the formulation of strategies to minimize potential legal risks in operational and transactional contexts.
- Advise management on changes in legal and regulatory frameworks that may impact the Bank’s operations.
- Contribute to the development and review of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and external consultants as necessary.

2. Senior Manager, Public Relations and Corporate Communications
Reporting To: Head, Corporate & Stakeholder Relations
This position is responsible for the creation, coordination, and execution of high-impact public relations and corporate communication strategies aimed at building and sustaining a positive image and reputation for the KCB Group brand. The Senior Manager will serve as a key advisor to leadership on communication strategy, media engagement, and public affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications and public relations strategy.
- Lead the execution of PR campaigns and media relations efforts to position KCB Group positively in the public domain.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the Bank where necessary and manage communication in crisis scenarios.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels including digital, print, and broadcast.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and communication stakeholders.
- Organize press conferences, briefings, and other media events to enhance visibility and public engagement.
- Craft compelling press releases, statements, speeches, and communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Oversee branding and messaging alignment in all public communications.
- Monitor media coverage, public opinion, and sentiment to inform strategic adjustments and proactive responses.
- Provide communication support for major initiatives, product launches, corporate social responsibility programs, and executive engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and stakeholder relations teams to enhance overall brand reputation.

3. Category Sourcing Specialist
Reporting To: Category Manager
The Category Sourcing Specialist plays an instrumental role in ensuring efficient and effective procurement operations post-contract signing. This includes executing transactions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the sourcing processes for specific categories within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with agreed contractual terms.
- Follow up and expedite the delivery of goods and services to meet operational timelines.
- Conduct verification and reconciliation of supplier invoices before approval for payment.
- Coordinate and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to approved vendors as needed.
- Maintain records and documentation of all procurement transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support category managers in implementing sourcing strategies that meet business requirements.
- Liaise with user departments to confirm specifications, timelines, and acceptance of delivered items.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings, value addition, and process improvement within the supply chain.

4. Manager, Supply Chain Operations & Sustainability
Reporting To: Head of Supply Chain Management
The Manager, Supply Chain Operations & Sustainability is responsible for overseeing post-contract procurement transactions and integrating sustainability principles into the supply chain. This role ensures that the Bank’s procurement processes are aligned with its strategic objectives and commitments to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement operations post-contract sign-off for assigned categories, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Oversee the issuance and monitoring of purchase orders, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
- Ensure sustainability standards are embedded in procurement practices and vendor selection processes.
- Engage with suppliers to promote responsible sourcing, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to forecast demand, assess supply risks, and ensure business continuity.
- Validate and approve supplier invoices in line with deliverables and contract terms.
- Conduct due diligence on vendors to assess ESG risk factors and compliance with relevant standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability impact.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier certifications, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of procurement policies, sustainability frameworks, and training initiatives for procurement teams.
