ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITAL SOLUTIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Reporting to the Digital Solutions and Customer Experience Manager, the role holder is responsible for leading the development and improvement of digital insurance products as well as represent the business in the Bancassurance scrum in delivery of ICT projects.
He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, Agile methodologies, and customer needs, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
He/she will also assist in investigation and resolution of customer issues, primarily but not limited to digitally onboarded customers
