TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC is proud to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 Young Graduate Trainee Program. As part of our strong commitment to youth development in Africa, this dynamic and immersive program seeks to cultivate the next generation of leaders through practical training, skill enhancement, and cross-border exposure.
Operating under the wider TotalEnergies Africa Program, this initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic education and professional career experience by giving recent graduates the opportunity to work within one of the world’s leading energy companies.
Located at our Nairobi-Westwood offices, the program is tailor-made for young professionals with less than three years of work experience who are looking to begin a career in a variety of corporate and technical domains.
This year, we invite enthusiastic, results-oriented, and innovative graduates from across Kenya to be part of a legacy that has seen more than 50 young professionals trained and empowered for long-term success.
