Below are detailed descriptions of the current openings available at KCB Group, each with a deadline for application set for 4th July 2025.


1. Grants Manager, CSI Project

The Grants and Shared Value Manager will be responsible for overseeing the KCB Foundation’s Corporate Social Investment (CSI) grant portfolio. This strategic role reports to the Senior Manager for Partnerships and plays a vital part in managing the entire lifecycle of CSI grants—from initial outreach and partner selection to project monitoring, reporting, and impact evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive grants strategy aligned with the Foundation’s mission and the inclusive finance objectives of KCB Group.
  • Lead the grant application and selection process, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop strong monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and track key performance indicators of funded projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting success stories, challenges, and impact assessments.
  • Spearhead fundraising activities and secure co-financing and strategic partnerships to support the CSI grant portfolio.
  • Promote the integration of shared value principles across all philanthropic and enterprise development initiatives, ensuring sustainable outcomes and synergy with business operations.

2. Assistant Manager, Digital Solutions & Customer Experience

This position, reporting to the Digital Solutions and Customer Experience Manager, focuses on driving innovation in digital insurance services and leading business-side engagement in Agile ICT projects within the Bancassurance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance digital insurance products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Represent the business function in Agile project development processes, collaborating closely with IT, design, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous product improvement by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and translating insights into actionable features.
  • Provide technical and functional input to ICT projects, ensuring solutions meet insurance business requirements.
  • Monitor and address customer experience challenges, with a particular focus on digital onboarding and service delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve technical or operational issues affecting digital insurance services and customer interfaces.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between insurance, digital teams, and support functions to deliver high-quality digital products.

3. Legal Counsel – Securities

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel – Securities, the Legal Counsel will manage a designated portfolio to ensure that all credit facilities extended by the bank are legally secured and enforceable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and approve all securities documentation in relation to credit facilities issued by the bank.
  • Offer legal advisory services to credit and business units regarding the structuring and perfection of security instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing securities documentation and credit processes.
  • Provide proactive support to mitigate legal risks in the credit lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and registries to perfect security documents and maintain an up-to-date record of security perfection.
  • Monitor the renewal, discharge, and enforcement of securities in line with legal and procedural requirements.

4. Integration Specialist

The Integration Specialist will play a key role in managing KCB Group’s integration platforms to facilitate the efficient flow of information across systems and ensure optimal performance of integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of integration solutions across the bank’s systems and third-party platforms.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies that support business needs.
  • Proactively monitor integration systems for performance, availability, and throughput as per defined service level objectives.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to data exchange and service orchestration.
  • Implement improvements to existing integration architecture to enhance reliability, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend modern integration strategies to support digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ICT, digital channels, and business units to deliver efficient integration solutions.

5. Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support organizational projects by acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team. The position involves understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and developing appropriate technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for changes and new system developments.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team.
  • Participate in user experience and usability studies to ensure product features are aligned with end-user expectations.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements based on business and user feedback.
  • Engage in continuous documentation of business processes and system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with senior Business Analysts to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to verify that developed solutions meet defined business requirements.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance to evaluate business value and user satisfaction.
