Detailed Job Description
1. Customer Acquisition and Account Growth
- Conduct personal sales visits to prospective and existing customers, using face-to-face interactions to build trust and understand client needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust monthly customer call cycle, ensuring regular contact with leads and existing accounts.
- Identify and convert qualified leads into loyal DHL customers by presenting compelling value propositions and tailored logistics solutions.
- Create and execute strategic plans to grow market share in upcountry areas by proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and DHL’s internal departments, including customer service, operations, billing, and management.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, preferences, and transaction histories in relevant CRM systems.
3. Sales Negotiation and Revenue Optimization

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience in a related field will also be considered.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client account management—ideally in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services.
