Detailed Description

Safety Policy and Objectives

  • Ensure and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure work environment in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Implement and update the Safety Management Manual.
  • Provide support to the Crisis Management Center and Emergency Response Plan.

Safety Risk Management

  • Analyze and interpret complex flight data to detect trends and anomalies.
  • Support the Flight Safety team by interpreting analyzed data and aligning Aviation Safety Reports (ASR) with Flight Data Monitoring System (FDMS) outputs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of safety incidents and manage the FDMS (FOQA) data for review.
  • Manage the safety library and ensure the availability of safety documentation.

Safety Assurance

  • Collect, compile, and generate periodic safety reports and trend analyses for management.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections on operational systems and infrastructure based on the approved audit schedule.
  • Assist in investigating aircraft incidents and accidents and develop appropriate safety recommendations.
  • Follow up on implementation of safety recommendations and verify their effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of flight operations and safety data to support continuous improvement.

Safety Promotion

  • Use data analysis and visualization tools to communicate insights and produce management reports.
  • Assist in creating and distributing periodic safety bulletins.
  • Promote the company’s safety culture both internally and externally.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Statistics, Aviation, Engineering, or a Private Pilot License.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis and management.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Good working knowledge of aviation regulations and airline operations.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High personal initiative and integrity.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
