Safaricom is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Android Developer to join its Technology Division. The Engineer – Fixed Customer Support will play a critical role in ensuring optimal performance of customer services, delivering a seamless support experience, and driving customer satisfaction for home and enterprise fixed services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for fixed service incidents including Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and enterprise solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fixed network faults within defined SLAs.
  • Engage with field operations and vendors to ensure efficient fault resolution and installations.
  • Analyze incident trends and provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Update and manage incident records in the service management system accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate proactive maintenance and preventive measures for the fixed access network.
