JOB ADVERT – CLIENTS RELATIONS OFFICER
M.P. Shah Hospital is looking to recruit a professional and evidence-driven person for a vacancy in the Marketing, Brand & Communications Department, as the Client Relations Officer.
Reporting to the Clients Relations Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to support business growth and development by assisting in prospecting, negotiating and closing new revenue streams for B2B & B2C accounts and promoting good business relations with existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and deliver business development targets as per sales plan.
2. Identify and create product wise customer data base, target list and masters.
3. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors and medical fraternity, insurance companies and corporate clients.
4. Conduct regular need-based market research to gather relevant data in order to analyze products, services, competition and trends.
5. Gather and document regular feedback from clients, communicate to respective heads of departments and work on a clear action plan.
6. Effectively communicate and promote products, services, packages, plans, features, and benefits to existing and prospective clients.
7. Organize and manage events like health camps, disease detection camps, CMEs and CSR activities.
8. Contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objective.
9. Build relationship with external partners who include key corporate clients, insurance firms, referring doctors and hospitals within the region.
10. Holistic marketing of the organization, the facilities available and the various services offered.
11. Compile and distribute financial and statistical information monthly, and writing field visit reports on daily basis.
12. Maintain, build and update a mailing database.
13. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business related field.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service or business development, preferably in hospital industry.
3. Should also possess/demonstrate the below competencies:
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent Public Relations and Relationship building acumen.
